Ball says a new training curriculum will concentration on a set of “core skills” for programs to teach.
“For example,” says Ball, “being means to explain a judgment fast is really opposite than only meaningful it yourself. Or being means to set adult a charge and rivet a students in a work so that they know what they’re doing and they’re indeed training what’s designed is not easy to do.”
Other examples of core skills embody training how to lead a classroom discussion, and how to diagnose students’ training difficulties.
Ball says she’s already gotten several calls from programs fervent to work together to rise a new veteran training system.
