Do you know anything about teaching/living/working in Tripoli, Lebanon?
I’ve applied for a job in an international school there and need to know more about the average wage, cost of living, number of ex-pats there and so on.
I haven’t seen much online, but if you know a website that has that information, or if you know anything about it yourself I’d be most grateful!
Thanks

Well, it depends on what subject you’re going to teach.
An average wage of a private school teacher is 1000+ USD.
Cost of living is really affordable.
You can do good with 1,200 usd for example.
you can rent an apartment inside the city for 400 usd…
taxi fares are cheap..
there are grocery stores everywhere and you will do fine.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask here or email me.
I live in Tripoli and go to a private school.
